We are revolting against the Norm

 Firstly, I hope you are keeping safe and well in these trying times. As you have continued to show support to residential people, I wanted to make sure that you were given the first opportunity in regards to our new & exciting proposition below. 

Over the last couple of years, there has been a running theme which no portal has taken steps to resolve until now. This pandemic has given me the time to step back from it all and take heed of the agent woes, such as: 

●     We feel like we have no control over our own data and the portals are just exploiting us.

●     Portals want to steal our data and revenue.

●     We have a lack of control/involvement over the direction of the portal

●     The need to set up a Union or Association to get our voices heard

●     Portals continually raising prices over the last few years

●     Any portal that we support will just end up betraying us in the future.

●     Portals are nothing without our inventory. 

The core root of all these woes is that the agent does not have a voice and is not part of the decision-making process.... This ends today. 

We are evolving to become an agent-backed portal giving you a seat at the table; this means that you have the power to say how the portal is run, as well as having control over the strategic direction of the business. 

This means our board will consist of industry leaders (voted by you, the agent) who will protect the agent’s rights, impartiality and give a much-needed voice to their fellow agents and the industry as a whole. 

Here is what we hope to achieve: 

●     Allocation of shares would be for the first 7,000 Agents that signed up.

●     Class A shares to be given to agent members (can never be revoked or altered)

●     Shares include ownership of both Residential People and Commercial People.

●     Every aspect of the running of the portal you would have a say in and a vote.

●     Any decision that around the portals direction, price discussions, or, product developments will be made through a voting system.

●     Not only do we generate leads we also aim to help agents win ancillary business opportunities (mortgage and insurance sector) 

●     Strength in numbers would allow us collectively to design exclusive products and attract exclusive rates for our members. 

●     All money earned from Data would be passed back to all our members.

●     We will not apply any restrictions on you as a business - nor restrict you from using any other platforms or suppliers.

●     Every member would get a monthly company report (Including status updates, and strategic direction) 

Our Platform is ready to go and has been running for the past 16-months; we have focused on tech first and will be focusing on marketing going forward. More announcements will be made in the coming weeks, as we are always innovating and looking to make the property industry a fairer place.
