We Are Ready for Wisdom

We have much more power to shape the world (including organizations and politics) than we might think.

Many people are experiencing frustration, despair, helplessness, hopelessness, anger, the desire to control, fear, resentment.

Living with all of that begets more of that.

We can transcend these current conditions.

But it takes embracing an understanding of ourselves and the universe that scientists for a hundred years and wisdom teachers for 3,000 years have been telling us. And it’s not the one most of us believe! So, it is challenging for sure!

An invitation is emerging to lead our lives, organizations, families and communities with wisdom, what I call Wisdomary Leading.

For a few years now there has been talk of wisdom workers and the wisdom economy. Our collective consciousness is awakening to the significance of wisdom; we are ready.

People often think of wisdom as experience, knowledge and sound judgment. That is useful.

Here, I’m suggesting a different wisdom: the wisdom of the Universe. We can live and work knowing that we are being informed by Infinite Intelligence, Universal Wisdom – and that we ARE that. We are conduits through which Universal Wisdom expresses itself.

Most of the information about wisdom workers and the wisdom economy proposes that new capacities and skills be developed. Yet if we proceed with that approach, we won’t transcend our current reality. We may make it better for a while – operative word here “may,” but transcendence becomes possible when we shift our perspective and understanding about who and what we are.

As long as we believe we HAVE wisdom and need to develop ourselves to become more wise, we take ourselves further away from leading with wisdom.

Why?

1)??? Because we aren’t getting to the root cause of the unrest: a belief in separation, that we are limited, finite beings. We have covered the truth of our infinite being over with beliefs, habits and conditioning that hide our essential nature.

2)??? As a result of number 1, we don’t realize that our essential nature is wise. What there is to do is to know who we truly are: inherently wise NOW. We are One with the wisdom of the Universe.

3)??? When we focus to develop capacities, we are telling ourselves we are not there. If we are already wise, then we can’t get there. We ARE there.?

4)??? There is no separate unique self to develop. Yes, we live as if there is.

Yet, with some investigation we can “prove to ourselves” that we are not separate from each other, nature or the Universe. We are OneBeing.?

When we KNOW that in an embodied way, then we KNOW we are not separate. We live knowing that we are the Universe, and as such the Universe informs us, lives through us. It’s just that if we believe we are separate, limited and finite, the Universe informs us and lives through us in alignment with that belief.

But when we KNOW we are not limited or finite, but OneBeing, the Universe informs us in alignment with that knowing.

There is the wisdom.

There is nothing to develop, nothing to become, just unlearning and dissolving what we are not.

We discover that we have lived with the illusion that we are our beliefs and conditioning.

We are not our beliefs. We are not our thoughts. We are not our conditioning. We are not separate.?

As we know who we truly are, i.e., the wise being we essentially are, through direct experience, we feel peace, love, happiness, fulfillment and freedom.

We stop trying to figure things out through the mind as the separate self and ALLOW the Universe to inform us and express as us.

Imagine then, instead of seeing the world and our current situations with angst, us vs. them, scarcity or helplessness, we know the stillness of openness, love, peace and freedom and see the world from that perspective.
