Are we ready to engage our Millenial Employees ?

The "Millenials" born between the 1980s- 2000's. Yeah they already  close to 38% percent of the workforce. Soon will be 70%. They are different so very different.

They are Indepented, Entitled, hugely addicted to Technology. I watch them everyday @workplace, while commuting to work, at home. They are confident, ambitious and they dont care what you think.They know what they want and how they want it. The work ethics are changing and they want it like that.

                         What are we doing to engage them ?
