We are a rare breed!
Recently the Society of Virtual Assistants’ ran a survey of VAs throughout the UK and the results, as I’m sure you would agree, are very interesting.
One surprising result was that 0.3% of the Virtual Assistants surveyed said they had their own office away from home, whilst only 5% had employees – that makes Miss MPS a rare breed as we are an established VA business with employees!
HMRC don’t even have a category for Virtual Assistants because we can be defined by so many different job titles.
So let’s talk about why Miss MPS is so great!
Firstly, this is a full-time job for the ladies in the office. There’s no kids, pets or TVs that will take the focus from the work at hand! The work is taken seriously which is why Miss MPS won’t get dropped for a different opportunity.
With at least three ladies in the office who can cope with high demand or last-minute work with ease. It’s part of the reason that the call answering service was launched; to enable handling multiple calls without the need for clients to use a generic, limited call centre instead.
Having more hands at the pump means the ladies can also get through work far quicker. For example, there are plenty of big jobs like mass letter mail outs within a few hours, so clients get to see the results faster.
But perhaps most importantly, Miss MPS can be relied upon. A Virtual Assistant is meant to be a convenient, on demand solution. That’s somewhat difficult if they are off sick or go on holiday! Would you feel comfortable using any supplier who doesn’t have any back up?
With Miss MPS, that’s not something you’ll have to worry about – you’ll have the continuity of service, 24/7.
Still need convincing? Then you should read the ‘Why use a Virtual Assistant?’ page on the Miss MPS website.
