I wonder why we have so many qualified medical practitioners in Tanzania who don't practice. Maybe the issue of income is what drives them to other businesses. We are producing health personnel, and we don't put them into jobs. I take this matter personally, and I'm up to challenge the system so that directly or indirectly the public can benefit from their taxes which was used to put this medical personnel into school.
