We planned, we redesigned, we succeeded together - Annual Review Message

As we approach the end of the year, we would like to share with you the highlights and achievements of 2024 and thank you for the trust and cooperation that have enabled us to achieve remarkable results together.

This has been a challenging year. Global turmoil and the economic recession have all contributed to the need for ever greater flexibility in planning and foresight. But we persevered and adapted, and by the end of the year we had achieved a number of new results.

2024 was also full of exciting events and important partnerships for which we are grateful. Through national and international professional meetings and knowledge-sharing opportunities, we were able to build fantastic relationships and share experiences that will serve as valuable ammunition for the year ahead. All of this has not only inspired us, but also helped us to better understand the needs of our partners and to work together on sustainable and innovative solutions.?

In July, we reached an important milestone: we became an international group and the Borealis Group was born. Our new websites and our new product portfolio of integrated solutions are all designed to help our partners become future-ready, high-performing organisations.

Our training programmes were another success story. In addition to our open training courses, one of our favourites, the Borealis Leadership Journey, was again very popular this year. Based on the positive feedback, we have already prepared the programme and launched applications for 2025, which we look forward to launching.

We have achieved significant results. We also made significant progress in developing our HR tech products. We added 360-degree assessment to our suite of employee lifecycle applications, The Journey, and launched DiagNose, which is another important step forward in organisational diagnostics and opens up new possibilities for organisational development.?

We have also entered the world of ESG, where we will start the coming year with strong plans and solutions, especially in terms of corporate social responsibility and corporate governance activities.

Speaking of social responsibility, this year we have again given priority to supporting women entrepreneurs and leaders through our association, PWA. For the fifth time, we recognised and rewarded the best in our Women's Success Stories competition. Our mentoring programme is also coming to an end, but we are not resting on our laurels as we have already started preparing for the 2025 cycle. The PWA Mentoring Programme will be 10 years old next year!?

We would like to thank all our partners and clients for their trust and support in helping us to bring this year to a successful conclusion. We are proud of our achievements and look forward to new challenges and opportunities in the coming year.
