If you are a Life Insurance professional we will convert and pay you part of the conversion commission.

The insured must be at least 68 years old and have a Protective Life, John Hancock Life or Lincoln Convertible Life Plan. The minimum policy is $100,000 and at this time there is no maximum ( subject to change).
