Are we part of the problem?

How many problems can you count on your fingers today?
Everyone has problems in life, and in a way, it's a good thing because it keeps our minds focused on finding solutions.
There is always more than one perspective, and how we see, hear or feel about the problem is important.
There's a famous phrase, "One man's misery is another man's gain".
Everyone is attached to their problems in a unique way, and it's essential that we understand our relationship with them.
Metaphorically, a problem is like an elevator in which we are stuck.
We know that there's a "help" button, but we don't press it because we assume that it's a minor flaw and the elevator will start by itself.
We take time to ask for help, but during the time we are waiting, our world is in the elevator.
However, we learn with experience that if we had pressed the "help" button sooner, we could have been rescued much earlier.
Similarly, when we are in a problem, why do we wait for so long before asking for help?
Why don't we learn from our past knowledge and experience?
Everyone is a problem-solver because we have solved so many of them in the past by taking appropriate actions.
Are we becoming part of the problem we are facing?
What are we waiting for?
Isn't it time for action already?
