And just like a toddler at this age, the Project Brains community is growing more active, curious and expressive.
At this age, a child begins to know words. In business terms, we are using our voice to influence, make new connections and give effect to our business ambitions!
We connect fractional resources to business needs.
We contribute to solving big and small business problems when we live our mission. In our first year, the community has grown from five members following our LinkedIn page to a fantastic 7000+ of you. We think that’s pretty incredible!
As our home base community, we want to build meaningful connections with all of you. Although we are still building our tools, in our first year itself we have created over $300k of value for all of you - the fractional specialists and business entrepreneurs in our community.
With over 40 businesses signed up within our first year, we note that each and every business can be open to fractional specialists who help them scale. We are inspired by our oldest operating business client. They were established in 1792, and signed up this year to the fractional working philosophy.
The Future of Work is not emerging, it is here. All of you in our community are a validation of this; as is the fact that our community draws on over 24 countries of the world!
The global economy is estimated to lose $7.8 trillion every year due to low employee engagement. So we are appealing to you to join our mission and engage in this like-minded community. This is our first newsletter, and our Community Engagement Specialist looks forward to many more interactions with you.
