Town and Country Property Auctions (Birmingham) is looking for full-time Business Development Manager to join its successful, expanding team. This is a work-from-home opportunity and available to any motivated salesperson. If you are an ambitious, driven individual who can develop new business, then we want to hear from you.

As Business Development Manager, your responsibility will be to source properties and instructions to list to our Bi-Monthly auctions. The successful candidate will be self-motivating and have proven track record of sourcing properties to market. We are looking for dynamic, well-presented individuals that are hungry for business and have an appetite for success.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Ensure monthly and annual sales budget is achieved by targeting clients in a specific postcode area
• Develop new business and increase growth in line with targets.
• Maximise opportunities given by Town and Country management/clients
• Ensure communication and relationships with colleagues is excellent and allows Town and Country to deliver the best service.
• Must be able to demonstrate and uphold our Company Values:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Developing relations with solicitors and estate agents
• Business development, from either existing clients, generated leads, referrals or own knowledge base.
• Maintain and develop new relationships with existing customers and new customers by providing outstanding service, support.
• Identify prospects and pass leads to Management where appropriate.

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 2 years’ demonstrable sales success within Property Sector.
• Ability to communicate via telephone and email.
• Presentable and confident in face-to-face meetings.
• General higher education or sales-training and qualifications.
• Able to build rapport quickly over phone or face to face.
