Herbs for Gut Health
Even thousands years ago scientists where aware
“All diseases starting in the gut.” Most symptoms we experience truly begin at the level of our digestive tract. The gut is the interface- between your inner terrain of your organs, circulation, lymphatics, microbiome, and the cell mitochondria.
Food, bacteria, other organisms and compounds are meeting and greeting square meters of gut wall, where things are digested and absorbed The gut is a fertile area that needs lots of love and nourishment, so that it can serve all the important roles in your body and make you feel wonderful.
Unfortunately, our nutrition is under a tremendous stress. Since former century more than 900 supplementary chemicals can be officially added in our food. One of them Paraquat a herbicide is found to enhance Parkinson. After the glyphosate from the firm Monsanto a lot of law suites are now filed because the created very young children with Parkinson disease.
The - in my opinion - only solution is to return to biological breaded crops and the use of herbs which were the pharmacy of the past. We don't need to become a real vegetarian. We only have to reorganize the allowances to poisonings our nutrition.
