Meet Frank Hauberg Madsen . Having been with Boozt from the very start of the company, Frank has had many roles and responsibilities across the business. Now he is stepping into a new role as Shop & CX Director, which will focus on the customer journey and developing the shop into a prefered destination for our customers and brands.

Chart your journey at Boozt, what has your career path been like?

My relationship with Boozt started 14 years ago. We were 6 people when I joined, and we offered a full e-commerce service to companies that wanted to outsource their online business.

Along the way, I have had many different experiences and roles, still, my main role was to lead and build the Design team and develop our visual material for our marketing activities together with the amazing team. On August 1st I started in my new position, which means I am back to focusing on building shops and customer experience.

As mentioned you have started a new position as Shop & CX Director. Tell us more about what you will be doing and what the new position entails?

Overall the role will focus on developing the shop into a prefered destination for our customers, our brands and the business. We want to be the leading Nordic Department store as well as deliver an outstanding shopping experience. There are two sides to this: the customer and the business. From the customer's perspective, my focus will be on the shopping experience and how we can be at our very best at any touchpoint on the customer journey. This could be making a whole product collection more easily accessible or ensuring that the customer is always 1 click away from accessing our different categories. We need to offer the best possible shopping experience and make the complex simple. On the business side, the focus is on how we operate the shop at its best. Ensuring that the style is presented the best way, connected to the right campaign or that we offer the right help at the right moment.??

What are you most excited about stepping into this new role?

My head has always been full of plans, some crazy ideas and probably also a bit of impatience. In my new position, I will be exploring how we can continue to be at our very best at any touchpoint along the customer journey and offer the best possible shopping experience by making the complex simple. Having the chance to work with this every day and develop the shop is such a kick!?

What do you enjoy the most working at Boozt??

Boozt is full of opportunities, ambition and people that want to do better.

What makes e-commerce an appealing industry to work in??

It's constant movement and never a dull moment I would say. Being in an industry that never stands still means it’s never just another day at the office.
