We need CSR/Fun Specialist who is looking for a place to Thrive.

Why do we do this??This is not a practice life.?All of us spend way too much time at work.?Our day at work should be fun as well as challenging.?When we are done, we need to feel like we did something important.??Preserving people's assets is how we make the world better.?We excel because we build really, really tight relationships with our clients.?We actively look for people and businesses who want to be well insured, and value our services.?

Culture, Culture and more Culture.?All of us came from another agency.?The culture there was pretty stodgy, which is not unusual for the insurance business.?Fortunately, we got left alone to do our own thing.?We have built a wonderful, hard-working and efficient team. ?We have a great work culture.?We like each other and we try to make sure that everyone laughs hard a couple of times a day.?We spend a lot of time here, and there is no reason for it to be a yucky place with a lot of conflict and politics.?We have built an environment where people want to come to work in the morning. We have all worked with people whose main goal in life is to suck the fun out of everything. We don't hire those people.

To us, team means we all work together.?Sure, we have different jobs, but we have seen that our meaning of team is not the same as other places.?People here gently challenge each other.?When I make a mistake, I go tell the other team members and I never worry about what they will say.?We mentor each other.?We give each other feedback.?This goes up and down, if there is an up and down.?We all learn to get better at what we do.?We work at that daily, monthly and yearly.?None of us is perfect and all of us know that.?Sometimes, one of us will need some help/suggestions/coaching from the others.?We do that in a kind, non-shouty fashion.?We are not big on drama or conflict.?

?We need a commercial lines CSR.?We are looking for someone who knows their stuff insurance-wise, and would like to work at a place where they can thrive, personally and professionally.? Your job would be to support the sales staff.

Perfect Candidate:

  • Knows how to have fun at work while maintaining the pace.
  • Happy.?We are big on happy.?It is contagious. (Happy people are better to work with and they get a lot more done.)
  • Must have extensive insurance knowledge.?Must be able to read the policy and understand what is insured and what is not.
  • Good at detail.
  • Five years of industry experience would be good.?More is better.?Lots more is lots better.
  • Current MN P&C license is required.
  • Can work independently without a lot of supervision.?
  • High school diploma.
  • Blue collar work ethic.
  • If you generally have a very poor inclination to complain and vent, then this might be the place for you.?
