Manchester England, Iraq, Egypt, Philippines, so sorry and our hearts are with you. "They bombed a Russian plane in Egypt and killed all the passengers. They hit Lebanon and killed 44 people. They hit Paris and killed over 100. Now Manchester lost 22 and Iraq 28. Their target has no borders, no boundaries. Every human is essentially a target. And so my heart breaks for all of humanity, everywhere." KN
I had a conversation with some people who were angry. Very angry. So angry I was scared. Scared for the innocent victims caught in this. Scared for England, France and Lebanon and the US. Scared for innocent Muslims that will suffer the repercussions of the terrorists. Scared for the World and the complicated reasons ISIS is growing and the reasons it is so hard to stop. So let's get into the reasons. We [The US] invaded Iraq. We pulled out and left a paranoid leader in charge. Iraq was a divided Country and the Sunnis were persecuted. The US did nothing. There were many Sunni moderates who were arrested and tortured and we still did nothing. Had they shared power and had we united and stayed to make sure there was a United party this could not have happened. Now it is much more complicated. We need to work together with Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, Israel, Turkey, Europe and Asia to stop this. This is a World problem and so are the Syrian refugees. Not supporting the rebels or supporting the wrong rebels is a disaster. Even Osama could never have imagined taking over American arms and marching into territories so easily. Now whole regions are ISIS. How do you wipe them out with killing innocent people? And regions that are much more complicated? Again one by one we need to have all allies working together for a common cause and find that commonality. We are not at war with Islam. We are at war with ISIS and fundamentalist terrorists. Someone being brainwashed to kill himself and innocent victims. Surely our world is worth fighting for
