We Must Dare To Overcome Incivility
Religious Freedom & Business Foundation
Working for workplace religious diversity, equity & inclusion
"Faith-based cooperation in the workplace might provide a model to unite a divided nation," writes Kevin Stocklin in?this week's?The?American Conservative, reporting on our REDI Index released last month at Dare to Overcome in Washington, DC.
Representatives from every one of the?Top Faith-Friendly Companies in 2022?participated in Dare to Overcome (see graphic at bottom).?
"Companies like these are producing 'products'?that are even more positively impactful than the ones that you associate with them. They’re producing cultural civility and warmth that embraces all people, no matter their religion, belief, race, language, orientation, or anything else.?They’re treating people like people," writes Kent Johnson in today's?Authenticity & Connection blog.
There are many outcomes from the conference, attended by about?300 from scores of companies.?One of the most hopeful was the?impact it had on our nearly 20 student interns, including?Sara Caycho, who went home and started her own company, Speaker With Accent. You can read their testimonies below.?
There's great hope for the years ahead!?
