We, Not Me

A word from our CEO

Over the past week I’ve had multiple conversations with leaders in the pharmaceutical industry who are grappling with today’s working reality.   They are turning the corner from the practicality of teams working in remote environments to the impact and implications strategically and operationally.  A common thread in our conversations is that we are all reminded about the importance of what we do in the healthcare industry. The second theme is that everyone with whom I've spoken, without exception, is focused on “we, not me”.

At Vault Bioventures our motto is “reaching new heights together” and for us it is not just a slogan or a tagline, but a way of life. One of the things that I am most proud of is our reputation for helping our clients tackle their toughest challenges and overcome obstacles that they may not yet see. Because of our extensive industry expertise, we have a unique capability to work both from the outside in and help from the inside out. We take seriously our obligation to assist those in need, and are actively helping others think through the strategic and operational implications and choices of managing risk and finding opportunity amid a new reality. If you need to bend an ear, please reach out or give me a call. We’re all in this together and we will get through this!

In good health,

Joe
