The vision, simple yet profound, is centered around winning the trust and confidence of the clients as well as the employees. On top of that, prioritizing ethical conduct and clarity makes them avoid unwarranted behaviors as well as provides them with a sense of pride.?

Talking about leadership style at HDFC, Alok described that the company aims towards creating a family-like, inclusive, supportive and most importantly accessible environment. ?

Just like Alok, the scheme is one of a kind, and he considers the opportunity to fulfill his personal sentiment of helping cancer patients and their family, with HDFC his biggest achievement. ?

Alok also addressed the need for the young HR professionals to be proactive in engagement and learning new things. Having a natural preference for meeting new people and learning from multiple businesses and their problems that are complex is crucial. Always staying focused on providing variety in a conversation will bring a lot of respect in the industry. ?

For CEOs and business heads he says,” your doctor or lawyer is as effective as your brief is, and your HR is as effective as you would help him to create space.” ?
