We are making every effort to work with all politicians - Here is the time to distinguish what is responsible and irresponsible leadership

Canada Today?- We speak our overview and reflect on September 12, 2022, Prime Minister?Justin Trudeau's news conference in St. Andrews, New Brunswick, where he delivered remarks at a meeting of the federal Liberal caucus. And also where Prime Minister responded and congratulated the election of Pierre Poilievre as the new leader of the Conservative Party of Canada.

''I spoke with our team about our priorities – and about our unwavering commitment to be there for people across the country;''

During the conference, Prime Minister addressed the most important questions and challenges the world and our country is facing nowadays. On the first note, Justin Trudeau spoke about the shocking attacks in Saskatchewan - '' It's been a time of grief over the past week in Saskatchewan and for all of us standing with them.'' said Prime Minister.

'' We continue to be there for families and survivors, and we provide direct support to James Smith Cree Nation. It is notable as well as Her Majesty's last public statement was on offering condolences to the loved ones and victims in Saskatchewan.''?

Prime Minister reflected once again on the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, on ''her leadership through her service, her grace and compassion will be greatly missed in this turbulent time.'' - Justin Trudeau said - ''Today, the values she exemplified are more important than ever. '' - and it is so important to pass them on for the good of future generations.?

Then Prime Minister spoke about the challenging world and the people's concerns in these difficult current times. So here are the Pandemic and its consequences, the Russian war in Ukraine that is causing more inflation and insecurity, polarization, climate change and extreme weather events, but to respond to these challenges is so important we remember our values, positivity, inclusiveness, hope, and hard work to move forward. It is crucial we remember the work we must do together and build an economy that works for everyone.

'' As a government, our job is to build an economy where everyone has opportunities for meaningful work. An economy where people can count on their neighbours and communities to have their backs. An economy that works for all Canadians. '' - pointed out?Justin Trudeau.

We’ve made every effort to work with all Parliamentarians over the years, and we’ll continue to do so;

Speaking from yesterday's Liberal caucus retreat,?Justin Trudeau?congratulated Poilievre on his leadership victory. "I want to congratulate Mr. Poilievre on becoming the leader of His Majesty's Loyal Opposition."We are making every effort to work with all politicians and will continue to do so, underlined Prime Minister, "But this doesn't mean that we're not going to be calling out highly questionable, reckless economic ideas. What Canadians need is responsible leadership," - highlighted Justin Trudeau.

Justin Trudeau?also provided some critics regarding irresponsible leadership and criticized politicians for using buzzwords, dog-whistles and careless attacks: "Buzzwords, dog-whistles, and careless attacks don't add up to a plan for Canadians. Attacking the institutions that make our society fair, safe and free is not responsible leadership."

Here is a time to learn and remember what is responsible leadership and what is not;

We could hear Mr. Poilievre's parliamentary attack speeches during his campaign for leadership criticizing?Justin Trudeau's team's economic policies and the Bank of Canada for stoking inflation. He also supported anti-government protesters who destroyed normal people's and businesses' lives in downtown Ottawa in February and promoted cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin, as a way to fight inflation.

''Telling people they can opt out of inflation by investing in cryptocurrencies is not responsible leadership. Fighting against life-saving vaccines is not responsible leadership. Opposing the pandemic supports that saved jobs and helped families is not responsible leadership.'' - stressed Justin Trudeau - '' Anyone who followed that advice would have seen their life savings destroyed."

Cryptocurrencies have fallen significantly?this year. We all acknowledge the timely vaccination for our population that helped us to overcome the Covid -19 pandemic better than other countries did. Saving people's lives is about responsible leadership.

''Now, I heard Mr. Poleyeff talking about how much we wasted on Canadians over the past couple of years. Let me be very clear, being there for workers, for families, for seniors, for young people, for businesses - it was the right thing to do, it was the smart thing to do. Having Canadians back is something we will never back down from.'' - Prime Minister stressed.

Our job is to build an economy where everyone has opportunities for meaningful work;

The Prime Minister also expressed his vision of the work on meaningful and responsible leadership that Canada needs and spoke about the Federal Government team's meaningful leadership work that is focused on delivering concrete and tangible results for Canadians now and in the future.

'' As a government, our job is to build an economy where everyone has opportunities for meaningful work. An economy where people can count on their neighbours and communities to have their backs. An economy that works for all Canadians.'' - And here is a great example of?Justin Trudeau?and the Federal team's work over this year:

''Under our child care plan, fees go down by 50 percent this year and will reach $10 per day by 2025 everywhere across the county.'' That means parents can save more money in their pockets, and more women can return to their careers and workplaces. These are concrete and tangible results we deliver for Canadians, and this is about what meaningful economic policies look like.

''As we get ready to head into this new set of parliament, we will keep putting Canadians at the center of everything we do and believe.''

''When conservative politicians say we should fight inflation with more pollution, this team will remind them that climate change is real and real people are affected by the floods and wildfires that aggravate. We will continue sharing stories from Indigenous communities in the North, where warming is three times as fast as the rest of the world,'' - said Justin Trudeau to conclude his speech by calling out on all the work priorities.

'' Our team is working hard to do exactly that and to keep delivering for Canadians – like $10-a-day child care, more affordable housing, reconciliation with Indigenous Peoples, ambitious climate action, and a country where everyone feels safe. That’s what we’re staying focused on. ''?
