We make a living by what we get, we make a life by what we give.

We make a living by what we get, we make a life by what we give.

Starting a new career path can be difficult, especially since you have to catch up with your more experienced colleagues who already know the ins and outs of the industry.

While nobody expects newbies to know everything about their chosen field when they're starting out, it helps to begin with a baseline knowledge of what to expect in your day-to-day work.

Align With A Mentor

Starting out in a new industry can be daunting for any junior rep. Align with a mentor and spend as much time with them as possible.

Learn through osmosis by shadowing and absorbing information.

Ask questions, make mistakes and mandate feedback.

Through this process you can drastically improve your ramp-up time, increasing success and confidence in your chosen field.
