- Policies, Procedures, Registers, Plans, Manuals, SWMS, Document Control, Incident management and reporting, Audits, Forms, Maintenance, Training the complete system for asphalt construction industry.
- Manage and reduced workers Compensation & RTW anomalies
- Ensuring ISO certifications are achieved & kept current (9001: 45001: 14001, RMS pre-qualification).
- Work closely with trades and drivers:
- Develop of ongoing training programs
- Monitor Drivers for fatigue and driving behaviors:
- Report findings to management through monthly safety meetings.
- Uphold individuals training, ensure attention is given to commit to safety policies.

Coming to you with their master’s in Occupational Health & Safety, B. Eng. Chemical & Process Systems Engineering, ISO 22000: Lead Auditor, 14001 &45001, Risk assessment and incident investigation, Chain of Responsibility, Return to work & WHS for Managers they are ready to;
- Oversee development and implementation whistle reviewing framework of all Safety policy, procedures and work practices to comply with the relevant Australian Standards
- Management of Fleet
- Verifying drivers’ paperwork to ensure compliance with HVNLs and organising chain of responsibility trainings
- Develop and monitor national and site level strategic plans
- Provide advice, information, instruction, and training to address WHS issues.
