This Project Manager brings quality, safety and an overarching presence to the project at hand. They are confident but personable, directive, and timeline driven.
- Degree qualified, 10 years’ experience in Commercial fit outs, up to $15m, and Commercial/Industrial up to $30m.
- Strong understanding of construction procedures, from pre-construction to final handover.
- Evaluates and assesses project plans, specifications, building designs and scheduling targets
- End-to-end supervision of all construction for the projects
- Management of total project finances/ P&L’s, reviewing budget, tracking expenditure and profitability
- Administer requisitions, subcontractor payments, internal and external project reports
- Collaborate with Senior Site Manager to meet project milestones and timelines.
WHSE Officer - $150k + car + super neg

- Comprehension knowledge of ISO management systems ISO9001, ISO14001 & ISO45001
- Comfortably provides safety leadership and ensures compliances with legislation and company policies.
- Supports, implement and promote HSEQ practices, processes and systems
- Identifies, plans and delivers HSEQ training requirements, technical support, coaching and mentoring.
- Manages incident investigations, conducts regular audits and report findings
- Maintains effective record keeping and document control procedures
