Why did you get started? Why did you choose credit repair over anything else?

These are the questions that our NEWEST MILLIONAIRES, Dylan and Theano Shively focus on. They are a husband and wife team. They built their credit repair business up to a million dollars in a very short time and in a very, very unique way. And today they're gonna share with us their secrets on exactly how they did this.

Like many of our millionaires, Dylan and Theano saw the effects of poor credit in their careers of car and cellphone sales and as a loan officer. After shopping around to repair his own credit, Dylan took the chance and started his own business. In just 18 months, the couple has reached the millionaires club by finding their PURPOSE and being GENUINE in everything they do.?

Below, I’ll share some of Dylan and Theano’s secrets to building a million-dollar business, while doing the right thing!?

1. Genuinely care for your clients?

Credit repair is the type of business that requires relationship building and genuinely caring about the clients you help. Dylan and Theano switched their entire business model to focus on helping families and going beyond a basic translation.?

“The byproduct of doing the right thing and serving other people is eventually you wind up getting what you want as long as you can put them first.” ~Dylan?

By focusing on the needs of each client and building relationships, Dylan and Theano have been able to grow their business without paying for a single lead. In the podcast, their advice was to take care of that first client and the rest will come organically!?

2. Educate your partners and affiliates

Building relationships with affiliates is a great way to grow your business. Dylan and Theano went a step further and provide lots of education and training to realtors and loan officers in their community. They’ve even gotten approved through Trek, the Texas real estate commission to give actual CE credits to the agents to show up to the classes.

By providing REAL VALUE to affiliates, you can help them stand out in their own industry and build their own career. When your partners are successful, you’ll be successful too! Dylan and Theano heavily use the Credit Repair Cloud affiliate portal and video tools like Loom to keep their affiliates updated and constantly in the loop.?

3. Building the right team is important

If your business is growing but you feel stuck and overstretched, it might be time to start building your team. By investing money back into their business, Dylan and Theano were able to eventually hire 38 team members and join the MILLIONAIRE CLUB. The couple offered their suggestions to build the best team you can:

  • Focus on what you’re good at and delegate the rest
  • Know exactly what you want from your team?
  • Make sure you fully onboard and train new team members
  • Strategically place employees where they will shine?
  • Invest in team members to take care of your clients even after they sign up
