Our customer service teams at the Quality Service Center in Atlanta, GA have been proactively calling our customers over the past several weeks to gauge their satisfaction with our service. To date the teams have made over 5900 calls to over 3200 customers!
Hellmann Worldwide Logistics presented Hapag-Lloyd North America with the Regional Carrier of the Year 2021 award! Hellmann is another one of Hapag-Lloyd’s very valuable customers with a great working relationship between the two teams. This award highlights the job well done by the teams at Hapag-Lloyd and exemplifies how pleased our customers are with our service.
Molli von Essen is one of the customer service managers of our Global Accounts segmented vertical team. She stated "In today's industry climate we are all under a lot of pressure. The Hellmann team knows how to manage their business and help us?collaborate?together for the benefit of their customer." Molli explained how important being proactive is, on both the customer’s and carrier’s side. Specifically, a recent example of how Hapag-Lloyd and Hellmann worked collaboratively and proactively together revolved around the on-going situation in Ukraine and shipments that were originally routed for these destinations.

“Hellmann was very proactive and organized and ready to let us know how they wanted to handle their shipments, as opposed to waiting for us to contact them to ask how they would want them handled.” This helped ensure the customer’s shipments were handled and re-routed properly and timely.
We are very excited to receive this award from Hellmann and look forward to our on-going support to and from Hellmann. Our teams are always looking for synergies and collaborative ways to work with our customers so that we can deliver on our customers expectations of providing high levels of valuable service.
