WE LOVE OUR CUSTOMERS!

Over the past several weeks, QSC Atlanta Customer Service teams have been proactively calling our customers to gauge their satisfaction with our service. To date, the teams have made over 4600 calls to over 2700 customers!

When speaking with one of our partners at NEWPORT TANK, we were told that the thing they love most about working with Hapag-Lloyd is that we “always take CARE” of him.

Hapag-Lloyd customer service employee, Angela Oliverio, said that what she loves most about working with NewPort Tank is, "I have worked with NewPort Tank for a long time. They are always pleasant and?courteous. This company is very knowledgeable about exporting hazardous chemical tanks and I have also learned from them. They have shipped with Hapag-Lloyd for a long time and its always a pleasure working with them and trying to help."

Our Customer Experience Survey will be launched in April, and we want to prove how we CARE, we MOVE, and we DELIVER! We strive for a score of 10 in all categories and look forward to the continuous feedback we receive from our valued customers! THANK YOU!
