How Wildgrain increased their abandoned checkout revenue by 6x

Wildgrain, known for its bake-from-frozen breads and pastries, struggled with lost revenue from abandoned checkouts.

The Challenge?

Klaviyo’s default tracking only captured checkouts when an email was entered, leaving gaps in retargeting and data. It led to:

  • Missed opportunities – Shoppers who started checkout but didn’t enter an email couldn’t be retargeted.
