Job: Value Added Services (VAS) Manager

Job Purpose:?

Support the strategic planning for Digital lending/VAS products and ensure that digital lending/VAS and key product platforms meet the business's current and future needs.

Key Result Areas

• Develop annual product plans and road map for digital lending/VAS.
• Develop annual KPIs and balance scorecard objectives regarding revenue achievement according to the business plan.
• Contribute to the overall segment strategies and annual marketing plan.
• Revenue planning for the Group's Top 5 products.
• Product Lifecycle management and resource management.
• Conduct regular marketing intelligence efforts on digital lending /VAS products and make recommendations to businesses.
• Identify potential new product development opportunities for digital lending /VAS.
• Support the marketing team in preparing proposals for new and modified products.
• Ensure availability of product manuals and product descriptions for all products.

??????? Optimize customer acquisition, drive sustainable usage, and improve retention through strategic product innovation and development.

Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Information Technology, Statistics or any related degree.
• Post-graduate qualification (e.g. CIM), an MBA would be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a marketing position, with a focus on product development.
• Minimum of 1 - 2 years’ management experience.
• Experience in the Telecommunications Industry or FMCG marketing environment.
• Able to operate in a performance-driven organization.
• Affinity with and technical knowledge of the latest technologies and services used within the industry and affiliated industries.
