Baltic Sandbox is a startup accelerator, ecosystem builder, and educational platform for the EU venture market.

Deal-flow legal manager*

So who is our new partner in crime? Check if you are a fit!

• you have a legal education (LT law) and understand the legal aspect of different types of the deals
• one of your superpowers is to translate from legal language to human language and another way around
• you don’t mind asking questions when you are not quite sure, as well as using Google
• you understand the basics of expectations/requirements analysis, as well as causal relationships
• you are interested in being a part of the negotiation process in the investment deals and sharpen your negotiation skills
• you understand the entrepreneurial mindset and the business processes in startups (or willing to figure them out)
• you are pretty tech-savvy (you won’t have to write a single line of code but being a technophobe won’t help)
• your native language is Lithuanian, your English is fluent, your spoken Russian is not that bad (you’d have to communicate with CIS startups from time to time)
• you are very eager to learn new things and you are passionate about startups
• you are actually good at paperwork and you read each sentence twice to make sure you understand it
• you are excited about structuring different types of deals and creating/verifying the paperwork

• salary range Eur 1000 – 2500 + bonuses, we can talk about options at some point
