We Listen

No matter what business strategy you dream up to grow your business, it will never succeed if the people who do the work don’t have the right skills, knowledge and attitude.
The culture of a company is what sets it apart from its rivals. It’s HOW you do WHAT you do – and it’s supported by WHY you are doing it. It’s about how you treat your clients and how you treat your employees. They are both equally important.
In the early days of Lobina Transport we didn’t put a label on what we were doing and think of it as creating a ‘company culture’. The ‘Lobina way’ of doing things started from our founder’s natural instinct to be helpful and treat others as he would want to be treated.

We Listen
We listen to our customers and we listen to our employees. We never rush in and assume we know what people want and need.
In the business world, no two jobs are the same and no two businesses are the same. We ask the questions that need to be asked to make sure that we fully understand our clients’ needs and objectives and every important detail regarding the freight, its collection and delivery.
In our offices, we listen to each other so that communication runs smoothly between all our team members. Everyone needs to know their role and the agreed work process to avoid wasted time, frustration, delays and duplication.
High-performance comes through setting clear business goals and creating a positive environment at work where team members feel trusted, supported and empowered and where they can see a path ahead for their personal career development and the growth of the company.?
At Lobina, we set clear goals for our business – and then do our best to knock them out of the park.
