Are we Leading with Compassion and Care? Watch this Video Interview on Human Leadership with Chaya Mistry to Know More!

Is our leadership communication missing the ‘human’ quotient? As communicators, are we self-aware? Can we enable our leaders to be more emotionally resilient? Delighted to share the?29th edition of Intraskope’s Spotlight Series with Chaya Mistry , a global communications coach and trainer who builds human potential through connection, as we discuss the importance of human leadership.

Chaya is an experienced and knowledgeable internal communication and change specialist who has led teams that align, motivate and inspire performance and outcomes. A natural integrator and collaborator, she uses networks and relationships to connect dots and think creatively to achieve better results.?

In the Spotlight on Internal Communications Series, I talk to thought leaders on topics interrelated with internal communications such as culture, crisis, change, executive presence and leadership. The goal is to help unravel why they matter, what can leaders and communicators learn from experts and how we can put insights to practice.??

Chaya believes we are living in a world that needs more attention to human leadership and that journey begins with self-awareness and courage.?self-care among staff and communicators.?

“Be curious without judgement. Being self-aware of your own strengths and weaknesses and have strategies for how to manage them. It helps to be networked and skilled at building positive meaningful relationships”, she says.?
