We just have different melting points!

Each of us are different human minds and souls and we all react and respond differently to any situation in life. We all have different ability to control our moods, some of us may get upset very quickly and react violently who have very short or lower melting point, whereas some people we find are basically very cool and loose control only when provoked constantly. The mood of learning to control your mind is very simple and based on regular practice.Many people say its just inside you ‘how to control your mind’but really they are correct,its literally inside.But where they get wrong is they don't specify the correct and universal process.

Many people cannot concentrate on what they want to do. There are umpteen distraction in the ambience and you find it very difficult and distressing, if you lose control of your mind(you have to do something but you just cannot because you cannot have control over your mind) that is specially a general problem. It is said that on an average a person thinks of 60,000 thoughts a day. Out of which approximately 70 % are just the repetitive thoughts. Thoughts which are negative. Thoughts which will lead us nowhere. Thoughts which are just sabotaging us every second.

Take this as an an analogy of a guest visiting your house. If the inhabitant has clean habits then he will try to keep everything immaculately spic and span. Clean sofa, clean mat, clean bed sheets and clean everything. (Please note that these things have been added gradually and so you have kept them clean).Now suddenly the door bell rings, you see an unwanted guest with muddy shoes and clothes. Since you are the master of the house so it is your wish to open the door and let the guest be in or keep your door closed and let him knock and go. There can be a third option also where you can let the guest in and command him as you like.

Now, imagine there can be different results of the above situation: 1) The guest comes in and whichever area it roamed, it leaves its marks and depresses you. The later you let him in, the more dirt is spread. 2) You did not let the guest in so your house is still immaculate. The guest cursed you a little and went away. (He will keep returning because he is shameless)3) You let the guest but you had been patronising ever since its entrance. You showed him your good family members so the guest did not get chance to speak much or walk around much. Exactly the same way, bad thoughts knock at our brain's door. We let them in once and we keep gyrating in this downward curve and they go on spoiling our whole mood slowly.

Whenever a negative thought comes in then just pen down them on a paper. Write as much as you want. If you feel like writing the cuss words, do it because neither you nor anyone else will read it. It is a way to vent out the negative and for those who hate writing, it is punishment for thinking negative. Just burn or tear the paper or wash the ink if it can be washed. You will feel yourself light and ready to think something good.This method works.

Mind is a power that makes us think. The first thought that rises even before the mind becomes active is the “I-thought” or “I-am-this body” thought. It is the “I-thought” that creates and sustains all other thoughts that occur to us. In deep sleep mind is absent, hence there are no thoughts. For example for doing a task you need to be concentrated but due to stress or some other thoughts you can't concentrate, this happens to almost everybody because most of us don't know how to control our minds. I somehow have developed this power now and may be because I got smarter after getting into a college life.

Whatever we think now is from the collection of data gathered in past in our brain. Whatever experiences and the knowledge we gathered in our past has determined our intellect. We cannot able to think new things without memory. Just imagine if a machine that can completely erase your past experiences and knowledge and make you a whole new person what would you do. You will forget your identity and you will become an completely news life.We react in a different manner every time there is a crisis situation.

Consider that the driver is your mind and owner of the car is sitting back side is your intelligence. If your driver listen to you then the car is going in right direction but driver doesn't listen to you and go where you want to go he doesn't have control over you. This is what happens in life and you tend to loose control of your mind over various issues. Take full control of your mind and act accordingly so that we don't create unwanted situations.
