We just gave ChatGPT to all our employees
We have just invited all our employees to use ChatGPT, with privacy and priority access through, GPT Corporate.
All have now access to their own personal assistant.
We signed up for a contract that covers up to 100 users.
Let me explain how and why we did it.
How we use ChatGPT in a business environment
My son, Xavier, a serial entrepreneur, computer scientist, and full stack developer, recently created GPT Corporate. It's a frontend for using ChatGPT that ensures
All three characteristics are essential for us.?
1 - We need to be able to put our confidential information on ChatGPT to use it to its full potential. However, we require assurances that OpenAI will not use our data or even in some cases view our keywords. For instance it never sees the name of our company.
That's what GPT Corporate delivers.
2 - Priority access to ChatGPT is essential. We're a busy company, and we can't afford to wait in line.
3 - A business-centric approach enables us to view all our users, receive discounted pricing, and invoicing that's straight-forward.

Why use ChatGPT in our company
Now to the most important question: "Why are we using ChatGPT?"?
We're giving each employee a personalised assistant that enables them to write better, brainstorm, and edit texts. It makes them more efficient in their missions.
However we have shared specific ideas to keep in mind when using ChatGPT.
Artificial Intelligence is not intelligent. It may appear to be so, but it's our people that are the intelligent ones. They're the experts in their area and can judge the work being done by ChatGPT.
I've been lucky in my career to work with real human assistants who would write emails, letters, and prepare memos for me. However, I would not ask them to validate the final copy. I knew what I wanted to say, and was always responsible for the final version.
