We Judge Ourselves. We Resist the Truth, Who I Am Is Still Who I AM. Or Is It, Really?

We Judge Ourselves. We Resist the Truth, Who I Am Is Still Who I AM. Or Is It, Really?

I'm sharing with you today that which I wrote in my journal this morning, after my Dr. Joe Dispenza "Walking Meditation" verbatim.

I've been dishonest with you, but worse still, dishonest with myself.

I have been telling myself that I don't know who I am. That I'm afraid of what will happen if my housesit ends abruptly, of not knowing what I want or who I want to be.

The truth is that I've known my whole life who I am, but that I've been judging myself as less than, as not enough, comparing myself to others my whole life.

When the truth is that there is no comparing ourselves to anyone. There is no one like me. There is no one like you, society - people when they think like they are one...thousands speaking and acting as one, compare their history to other histories and we adjust this to ourselves.

and so, We learn to compare, believing that matching others equals being as good as and then that gives us tables by which to judge ourselves and others and find one or the other of us lacking, because we are always our own worst critic.

This behavior is learned and can be unlearned.

I [am a work in progress] am unlearning judging myself. I am unlearning shaming myself and doubting and comparing and misusing myself. Does any of this ring true for you?

If it does, and you have been seeing yourself from any of these perspectives and filters, the time is perfect for you to begin seeing yourself for what you truly are - for whom you truly are.

The World has been pleading to see [to know] the real you.

Will you answer these pleas?

Will you come out of hiding? Come out from behind your [chosen] stress responses - which you have learned and invested in and perhaps now find that you believe in them as if they are fact - truth...and they are not? Will you?

You learned them [these responses]. You practiced them. You bought them and you clothed yourself in them - just like I did.

And it's not too late to be truthful to your beautiful, powerful internal self - the you you've been hiding out [from] because you have been afraid that you're too powerful.

You are perfectly powerful. You have a power that the world desperately needs right now.

You are a gift. [How do you dare withhold yourself now?]

[What's truly the worst that could happen if you were to] open yourself up to the World.[?]

Would you and others discover your true inner power and beauty?

[you would get to] Share the real you. The beautiful, honest, loving and powerful you.

The time is perfect. Now is the only moment we have. This moment is the only time we truly have.
