A Great Ripple Effect...Congrats to Paul Novak managing attorney of W&L's Detroit, MI office, his W&L colleague Gregory Stamatopoulos and all the allied firms representing the people of Flint, MI for achieving a significant $25 million settlement with the engineering firm Veolia North America concerning their role in the Flint Water Crisis. In March of 2023, the combined legal team achieved a record-breaking settlement of $626 million.
