We are impacting climate change!

At Constant Recruitment we’re proud to say we are making a positive impact on climate change on a daily basis with Ecologi.

Who are Ecologi?

Ecologi was founded in 2018 by a group of environmentalists in Bristol with the frustration that many feel powerless to affect climate change in a positive way. The founders aimed to give people the opportunity to take on the climate crisis and provide a positive contribution to the future of our planet. Reducing our carbon footprint is entirely necessary, there are actually enough climate solutions out there today that if everyone supported them we’d undo 30 years of damage to the planet.

So,we’re getting involved and it’s really not that difficult to do!

Ecologi was founded on the notion that an environmentalist went to get their morning coffee as they had done thousands of times before and suddenly thought “how much climate action could I fund with the money for this coffee?” From there a revolution was born, the pocket change so many of us take for granted would not only increase our individual contributions to the planet but eventually could account for the reduction of half the world's emissions.

How are we impacting climate change?

It has become common knowledge that one of the best ways to reduce our temperatures from rising above 1.5C is to plant trees.

Trees have the ability to soak up carbon dioxide making them a valuable weapon in the fight against rising temperatures. The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change stated that if we wanted to limit the rise to 1.5C by 2050 we would need an extra 2.4bn acres of trees to be planted. Ecologi have a number of amazing partners able to plant millions of trees per month on behalf of their growing community.

Working with Ecologi has allowed us as a company to compensate for our CO2 usage and fund climate projects all around the world. So far we’ve planted over 200 trees with Ecologi and we’ll be continuing to plant 50 trees for every candidate we place in a new professional home.

Not only do Ecologi plant trees on behalf of their community they are involved in a number of environmentally challenging projects bringing a positive change to all corners of the world. Partnering with Ecologi means that you able to reduce your carbon footprint, plant trees to reduce the temperature increase of the planet but also contribute to these amazing planet saving projects.
