We are Humans Not Machines.

Good morning everyone, this is my first news-letter I'm compiling today, honestly i wasn't sure on where to start based on so much which has been happening in the work space especially now considering "4th industrial revolution". Employees , staff or associates however you title one in the organization based on the structure of the business is treated to measure time without considering the mental issues it propels. My thesis is we are moving so vast companies might have forgotten that they are actually dealing with "human beings" rather than this titles we are given .

anyway I'm not going to deliver right away what i feel yet, this is me giving you a bit of background on what my conversations with you guys will be based on, i hope you follow and like how i think and what i think.
