You can handle some stress.

You don’t need to be perfect, aiming to be perfect is incredibly stressful and leads to some self-destructive responses.?

Such as if you aim for a perfect diet, will eventually lead you to binge and not reaching your goals.?

Accepting that life will get in the way and that you will have mishaps, will lead you to reach your goals and have a far greater life.?

One bad night's sleep won't ruin you.

One bag of sweets won't ruin your diet.?

One bad training session won’t ruin your ‘gains’.
