The past 12 months have been a real rollercoaster for the real estate market on both a local and national scale. A lot has changed since August of last year. For instance, the number of home sales is up 75% with a 4.8% price increase; however, inventory is even lower than this time last year. Concerns are growing about a potential housing bubble.
