Are We in a Housing Bubble?

I’ve been hearing all over the place lately that we are in a housing bubble. Today, I want to set the record straight using three charts that will demonstrate that we’re not in a bubble after all. For one, it was vastly easier to get a mortgage before the housing crash than it is in today’s market. The difference in how many buyers were able to originate loans with credit scores of less than 620 between 2006 and 2020 is staggering. To learn more, watch this short video.
