Resource Manager – US Staffing

Position Summary: Savvysoft Technologies is seeking a self-motivated Resource Manager to support and grow our Recruiting Teams. The main responsibilities will include on the job coaching on Sourcing, Recruiting & Technologies. The incumbent will be working in a fast-paced environment and will be responsible to improve recruiter performance and the overall quality and productivity of the staffing team.

Responsibilities:

· Participate in all aspects of the sourcing process including JD interpretation, keywords extraction techniques, result set refinements and Resume matching

·  Monitor Recruiting Calls to suggest refinements in approach and implementation (Opening, Conversation & Closing)

·Observe Recruiter quality and productivity levels to intervene and suggest course corrections

· Coordinate with Recruitment Managers for better understanding of requirements and client expectations

· Train recruiters on sourcing techniques beyond job boards

· Coach Recruiters on techniques for Probing, Negotiations, and conflict resolutions

·  Improve individual Business communication skills (Spoken and Written)

·  Reiterate frequently and habituate on critical success factors – Work Discipline and organization

Requirements:

· University / college degree, with more than 12 years of industry relevant experience

· Experience in US Staffing Delivery

· Exposure to various IT & Non IT Technologies, Domains and Functional areas

·Experience in managing large teams 

· Demonstrated ability to develop and drive concepts from sourcing to Recruiting

·Demonstrated planning and facilitation skills manage multiple resources

· Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing for presentation and negotiations

Location: Coimbatore

Shift: Night shift only
