We are Hiring UI Automation Engineer | Pune

Experience: 1 to 4 Years

Location: Pune

Eligibility Criteria

• Sound knowledge and experience as a UI automation engineer.
• College or university degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Understand a feature and test it thoroughly, figure out its limitations, and validate edge?case scenarios.
• Document the steps you have performed during the testing and add proof like videos or screenshots
• Collaborate with UI, UX, and backend developers to understand the behavior of the test flow.
• Plan and prioritize the roadmap for the automation
• Automate the feature, keep track of code coverage
• Code review of peers keeping the coding standards and code structure
• Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good?practices and processes
• Attend scrum calls, sprint plannings, and standups
• Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team

Requirements

• Experience of UI automation tool(selenium, cypress, LambdaTest, Cucumber, etc)
• Expertise in either of the language (python, java)
• Knowledge of typescript/javascript has an added advantage.
• Fair understanding of RESTful Web Services
• Knowledge of database queries(PostgreSQL, MySQL) is a plus
• Experience in AWS and Jenkins is a plus
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
