Job Title: IT Support Officer

Salary: USD 300-USD 500 / Negotiable

Industry: Manufacturing /Garment

Location: PPSEZ, Phnom Penh, Cambodia

Job Descriptions

• Installing and configuring (Computer hardware, Software, Systems, Networks, CCTV, Telephone, Printers and Database).
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
• Providing technical support across the company.
• Setting up accounts for new users.
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
• Testing new technology.
• Other are assigned by superior.

Job Requirements

• High Vocational Certificate / Bachelor's degree in IT-related field.
• 2-3 years of experience as a System Engineer or similar role.
• Good analytical and Problem-Solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and multiple tasks.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Good interpersonal, service mind and communication skills are needed.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
