Objectives of this Role

• Create scalable software platforms and applications, that continue to make ShuleSoft a world-class software and suit customer needs
• Maintain existing systems, identifying flaws and creating solutions to improve software usability
• Develop new modules and features to solve existing challenges
• Innovate new solutions based on customer inputs and your creativity nature

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

• Design and build new modules, and features that enhance ShuleSoft services and products
• Collaborate with software teams, producing project work plans and analyzing the efficiency and feasibility of ShuleSoft operations, while leveraging global technology stack and making localized improvements
• Work with the whole team to plan and influence the strategy for the next wave of product features and system capabilities
• Support customers by resolving errors/bugs and upgrade software with new features to suit user needs.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, information technology or any related course
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with creativity nature
• Proficient in Linux operating system and Linux servers
• Proven ability to document design or understand design processes, including development, tests, analytics, and troubleshooting
• Experience with agile software development practices
• passionate about technology, innovation and helping people

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of relational databases as well as ORM and SQL technologies
• Proficiency with PHP, CSS3 (or bootstrap), JavaScript (or JQuery), and Laravel PHP framework, Linux, Version Control, Agile Methodologies
• Proficiency in SQL and RDMS especially Postgres, Oracle, and MSSQL Server
• Proven experience designing web applications for enterprise-level
• Desire to continue to grow professional capabilities with ongoing training and educational opportunities
• Wide experience in version control software (any but git is preferred)
