Collaborative, multidisciplinary design firm is actively seeking a Project Architect / Future Department Head in the Columbus, NE area (Norfolk, West Point, York, Seward, Beaver Crossing, Clarks, Fullerton, Wahoo, Kalamazoo, Genoa, Milford, Marquette, Schuyler).?

Our firm provides a full range of architectural planning, programming and architectural design services as well as electrical power engineering, telecommunications engineering and telecommunications billing.

Our collaborative environment has ensured our success by working together on a variety of projects in Commercial, Educational and Industrial sectors.? As a Project Architect, you will be a strong communicator with your team and client in all phases of design, provide direction to the architectural department growth and assist with business development opportunities.?

Project Architect / Future Department Head Qualifications and Experience Needed:?

• 5+ years of Architectural experience?
• Proficient with AutoCAD and Revit?
• Experience with all phases of design?
• Construction Documentation and Administration experience??
• Specification writing experience?
• Must be a strong communicator, written and verbal
• Must want to work in a collaborative team oriented environment?

Project Architect / Future Department Head Roles and Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for oversight and decision related to Architectural designing projects and designers?
• Site planning, building design, production of drawings and specifications, project management and contract administration
• You will provide overall direction to the a growth?
• You will be apart of all designing phases?
• You will manage projects and maintain client relationships
