Sales Leadership & Business Planning
· Accountable for the profit and loss of the market value/client development function within assigned market
· Establish goals and objectives for assigned market and responsible to achieve the enterprise & regional vision, goals and objectives
· Develops and implements tactical plans to achieve established goals and objectives
· Holds sales team accountable for results and coaches performance management
· Develops and implements investment strategy for assigned local market/market segment
· Act as a Sales Ambassador for Jinghao in the local market. Strong business judgment, and impeccable integrity
· Communicates and interacts effectively with all levels within the enterprise, region and market
· Provide constructive feedback and coach/counsel (as needed) to fully develop the skills of assigned client development directors and sales/market leaders
· Understands, fully, the value proposition of a professional services organization and how to create the sales engine which drives solution delivery
Sales Management & Execution
· Accountable for driving profitable sales within the assigned markets
· Develops and implements sales plans to achieve annual sales goal of increasing revenue while improving profitability
· Manages the planning, forecasting and budget process for assigned market
· Develops and monitors sales plans, budgets, and expense controls
· Manages team to a portfolio of relevant performance metrics
· Develops and maintains effective relationships with external customers, partners, industry influencers, to drive sales growth within the market
· Continually develops new client’s business by pursuing new business opportunities with strategic targets and account penetration with existing clients
· Directly responsible for account penetration activities, for a portfolio of business within the local market (Account Executive role/accountabilities)

Qualifications/ skill Requirements
· 10+ years proven success in a sales leadership position, with multi-region and P & L responsibilities
· Strong track record of leading high performing, sales teams;
· Experience selling professional services preferred; strong capacity for networking and generating lasting business relationships
· Experience working for multinational companies of scale, preferably in the U.S, Japan, India and Italy
· Sense of urgency surrounding creating and achieving goals
· Proven experience building and/or transforming a business---Entrepreneurial spirit
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills; direct with feedback
· B.A. / B.S. / Advanced degree preferred
· Experience in Hearing Aid Company and related channel is highly preferred
· Experience in e-commerce and Digital Marketing preferred;
