Job Title: Sales Officer

Salary: USD 200-USD 300 / Negotiable

Industry: Real Estate/Leasing

Location: PKhan Kambol, Phnom Penh.

Job Descriptions

• Make Cold calls to arrange meetings with and show potential customers around a property and answers all enquiries.
• Conduct and update research on competitors and market conditions (Rental Rate-Office, Apartment, Retail space).
• Develop, maintain & update the sales department database.
• Liaise between accounting and clients to follow up payments.
• Arranging advertising to promote the property.
• Other tasks assigned.

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years proven experience in Real Estate/Leasing or a service environment.
• Excellent telephone manner including proven communication / interpersonal skills.
• Highly developed public speaking skills.
• Proven team player and ability to work with very little supervision.
• Logical approach to problem solving.
• Good organizational skills including report writing.
