We are hiring for RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Specialist!

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an RPA Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining robotic process automation solutions to streamline and optimize business processes. You will collaborate with various departments to identify automation opportunities, analyze requirements, and build effective RPA solutions that enhance productivity and reduce manual efforts.

Responsibilities:

1. RPA Solution Development: Analyze, design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using RPA tools and technologies to automate repetitive and rule-based tasks across various business functions.
2. Process Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify potential process automation opportunities and evaluate their suitability for automation. Conduct process assessments to identify areas for improvement.
3. Requirement Gathering: Work closely with end-users and subject matter experts to gather detailed process requirements, understanding business rules and system interactions for successful automation implementation.
4. Technical Implementation: Configure, test, and implement RPA bots to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and applications. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the automation process.
5. Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the performance of RPA solutions and identify areas for optimization and enhancement. Proactively suggest improvements to increase efficiency and reliability.
6. Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of RPA processes, including process flow diagrams, technical specifications, and user guides.
7. Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct comprehensive testing of RPA solutions to ensure accuracy, reliability, and adherence to business requirements. Implement necessary changes based on test results.
8. Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption and usage of RPA solutions.
9. Security and Compliance: Ensure that RPA solutions are developed and maintained in compliance with security and data protection guidelines. Take appropriate measures to safeguard sensitive information.
10. Process Automation Governance: Adhere to automation best practices and ensure compliance with established governance standards and policies.
11. Stay Up-to-date: Keep abreast of the latest trends and advancements in RPA technology and process automation. Share knowledge and insights with the team to promote innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Experience: Proven work experience as an RPA Specialist or similar role, with a track record of successful RPA implementation and process automation.
3. RPA Tools: Proficiency in working with popular RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or others.
4. Programming Skills: Strong programming skills in languages like C#, VB.NET, Python, or Java, as well as experience with database technologies.
5. Analytical Thinking: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify automation opportunities and design effective solutions.
6. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and reliability in automation processes.
7. Collaborative Team Player: Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with various stakeholders and departments.
8. Process Improvement Mindset: Proactive approach to continuous improvement, identifying opportunities for optimization, and implementing best practices.
9. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing requirements and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
10. Certifications (Optional): Certifications in RPA technologies or related fields would be a plus.
