We are hiring for QA Tester(React+ Python Development)

Key Responsibilities:

• QA Process Management: Execute and continuously improve the QA process by running test cases, identifying issues, classifying defects, and supporting defect resolution.
• Customer Care Support: Assist DISCOVER users by improving and delivering training materials, creating comprehensive documentation, and conducting training sessions.
• Issue Triage & Resolution: Perform triage of reported issues, guide developers to resolve them, and take ownership of fixing issues directly when possible.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth integration of QA processes into the development lifecycle.

Skills & Experience Required:

• QA & Development Experience: 5-7 years of experience in Quality Assurance along with expertise in React and Python development.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to interact with stakeholders effectively, explain issues clearly, and assist in training users.
• Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of software engineering principles, and experience with GUI test automation frameworks is a plus.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills for identifying issues, resolving them, and suggesting improvements in the QA process.

Desired Skills (optional but a plus):

• Experience with test automation frameworks for GUI applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

Ability to work in an Agile environment.
