We are hiring Program Manager

Key Responsibilities: Program Planning and Initiation: ● Define the program/technical scope, objectives, and deliverables of the program. ● Develop a comprehensive program plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource requirements to meet project level profitability, cash flows, working capital & inventory levels along with on time delivery. ● Conduct risk assessments and establish risk mitigation strategies. Team Leadership and Collaboration: ● Assemble and lead cross-functional project teams. ● Foster a collaborative and positive team environment. ● Ensure effective communication and coordination among team members. Resource Management: ● Allocate and manage resources efficiently to meet program goals. ● Monitor and optimize resource utilization throughout the program. Budget Oversight: ● Develop and manage the program budget. ● Track and report on budgetary performance. ● Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize resource allocation. Timeline Management: ● Develop and maintain a detailed program schedule. ● Monitor progress against milestones and adjust plans as necessary. ● Mitigate delays and implement strategies to keep the program on schedule. Stakeholder Engagement: ● Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. ● Address stakeholder concerns and expectations. ● Provide regular updates and reports on program progress. Quality Assurance: ● Establish and maintain quality standards for program deliverables. ● Implement and monitor quality assurance processes. Program Closure: ● Ensure a smooth transition and closure of the program. ● Conduct post-implementation reviews and capture lessons learned. Qualifications and Skills: ● Proven experience in program management. ● Strong leadership and team management skills. ● Excellent verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills. ● Solid understanding of project management methodologies. ● Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions. ● Project Management Professional (PMP) & Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certifications are a plus. ● Proficiency in project management tools is a plus. ● Experience in Aerospace & Defence industry in Electronics domain will be an advantage.
