Location : Mysore
Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor distributor and dealer relationships, to ensure sales objectives are met.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients in the chemical and adhesive industry.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through lead generation and market research.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends and potential areas for growth.
- Provide product education and training to distributors, dealers, and end-users as needed.
- Actively seek out and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including trade shows, networking events, and referrals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new products, and customer needs to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the Tile/stone adhesive / stone care chemicals industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing distributors, dealers, builders, architects and contractors to achieve sales targets
- Strong knowledge of the industry, including products, applications, and customer requirements
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and internal team members
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
- Salary for this position will be based on the candidate's current CTC and market standards.
