We are Hiring - PLC and SCADA Engineers

EnTeQ is currently looking for PLC and SCADA engineers with the following knowledge and experience.

Knowledge:

• Schneider Electric, Siemens and Rockwell Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).
• Aveva Wonderware and system platform SCADA packages.
• Cyber security considerations for operational technology / control systems.
• Schneider Proleit software - Preferred / Not essential.?

Experience:

• Malt distillation or beverage alcohol industry experience.
• Specification of PLC hardware including - CPU, Rack, Power Supplies, I/O Cards and Network Switches.
• Specification of hardware for SCADA and historians.
• Development of PLC,? SCADA and Historian software.
• Installation and commissioning of PLCs.
• Installation and commissioning of SCADA and historians.
• Design and commissioning system networks.
• Performing OSI layer 1 and layer 2 network performance testing.
• Development of new control systems.
• Carryout modifications and troubleshooting existing control systems.

Qualifications:

• Relevant engineering degree preferred -? i.e. Control and Automation, Instrumentation and Control, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, software engineering.
• Member of Eng. Institution or working towards CEng - preferred not essential.
